Five-H Flora & Maintenance Sdn Bhd was established in 1995 to provide Facility Management and Maintenance services for Buidling, Factories, Clubs etc. The field of services includes mechanical and electrical systems, energy management, tenants’ administration, landscape and softscape works and the associated infrastructure works.
The idea of providing this service is to take away from the client this part of work to enable them to focus their core business which in turn, will improve their efficiency and productivity.
Our asset is the team of dedicated staff who has the required experience to deliver our services at the highest level of technical expertise. The Directors of our Company are hands on people who had between them more than so many years of maintenance experience in the Hospitality industry.
We use the most up to date software as our management toll. It is our aspiration to eventually operate in a paperless environment.
